This assignment was to watch a video showcasing a variety of recipes, and then transcribe them into written directions

Apple Spice Cake

A delicious, warm, apple flavored treat in a cup.

Ingredients:

  • 2, 20-ounce cans of apple pie filling.
  • 1 box of spice cake mix.
  • 1 stick of butter.
  • Vanilla ice cream.

Directions

  • Empty apple pie filling cans into the slow cooker.
  • Stir the filling for an even spread.
  • Pour box of spice cake mix on top of the filling.
  • Cut stick of butter in half and place in the slow cooker.
  • Bake on high for 2-2.5 hours.
  • Scoop into a cup.
  • Place scoop of ice cream on top.
  • Enjoy.

Teriyaki Meatballs

A nice combo of two favorites, a sweet and spicy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 30 frozen meatballs.
  • 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce.
  • 1 1/2 cups of pineapple juice.

Directions

  • Put frozen meatballs into slow cooker.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce into the cooker.
  • Pour pineapple juice into the cooker.
  • Bake on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  • Stir.
  • Enjoy.

Pulled Buffalo Chicken

A classic, spicy meal that you can eat as a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken thighs.
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning.
  • 1 1/2 cup of hot sauce.
  • Buns.

Directions

Enjoy.

Put chicken breasts into the slow cooker.

Empty ranch seasoning packet on top of the chicken.

Pour hot sauce on top of chicken.

Bake on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Open pot and tear chicken apart with two forks.

Place chicken onto a bun and add your toppings.
